  40. You can get some information about my book "C++ Programmer's Guide to the 
  41. Standard Template Library" from my home page.  It's published by IDG books,
  42. and should be available from any bookstore that has a good selection of 
  43. technical books.  There are a couple of other STL books out now as well, 
  44. but I'll leave those recommendations to others!
